Car Co-op

Weeee!! I joined the Car Coop this weekend!

I took a car out for the first time this week to do some errands. To my great delight and surprise, the car I booked was much closer than expected. I came out the side door of my apartment building and there it was! Now that’s convenience...

I highly recommend it if you don’t wish to buy a car, but sometimes require one for special errands around town. The vancouver co-op has cars parked in spots all over the city and members can book any one that they wish. It's really easy to get set-up and the booking process is extremely straightforward.

Speaking of cars...
If you happen to have a diesel car, you can now get it fitted for bio-diesel... especially since Vancouver has its own bio-diesel station!

About Bio-diesel
Biodiesel is a clean burning alternative fuel that is produced from domestic, renewable resources. Biodiesel reduces greenhouse gas emissions and lowers hydrocarbons and particulate matter. Biodiesel contains no petroleum, but it can be blended at any level with petroleum diesel to create a biodiesel blend.
